Levi Cobb & the Big Smoke is a Denton based Folk/Americana band with mostly originals and some covers written by the band leader Jesse Thompson. Levi Cobb has put out a few albums on YouTube, their latest released in 2019 called “God is Dad” has fun and deep tunes with banjo, fiddle, acoustic and electric guitars, stand up bass, and keys. Levi Cobb & the Big Smoke won Denton’s Art & Music Awards Best Folk/Americana Act for 2017, 2018, & 2019.
